Cibo di alta qualità. Materie prime fresche, ben trattate e cucinate in modo eccellente. Varietà di scelta tra i piatti con originalità ma senza stravolgere la tradizione. Le pietanze proposte per portata erano abbastanza da poter accontentare diversi gusti ma senza esagerare. Ma soprattutto i sapori, l’originalità e l’impiattamento erano degni di un ristorante stellato. Prezzi ottimi vista la qualità e la ricercatezza dei piatti, porzioni più che adeguate a soddisfare anche i più affamati. Servizio impeccabile, veloce, preciso, nessun errore anche nelle eccezioni richieste e piatti tutti diversi serviti praticamente in contemporanea. Locale moderno, elegante e dalle dimensioni giuste per stare comodi. Bagno pulito e fornito persino di assorbenti per donna. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Piacevolissima cena in un ambiente molto accogliente e con una proposta di sapori estremamente interessanti. Consigliatissimo il percorso di mare, iniziando dall'eccellente baccalà mantecato e finendo con l'appetitoso trancio di ricciola. Torneremo!

Novus è un 110 con Lode: come la Laurea che abbiamo festeggiato lì ieri sera. Posto accogliente, elegante e raffinato. Cibo straordinario, personale super disponibile. Una serata meravigliosa. Si presta per qualsiasi esigenza, feste, cene di famiglia, di lavoro o di coppia a lume di candela. Non provarlo è una cattiveria, lo consiglio a tutti, torneremo molto presto. È già un posto del nostro cuore!

Had an amazing dinner here on our last night in Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere relaxed but sophisticated, and the food delicious, well executed, and beautiful. The menu changes periodically, following the themes of Sea and Land. Menu is ala carte with option of a tasting menu which allows you to sample multiple dishes. Highlights included dumplings with sea bass filling, fried moscardino and zucchini, and paccheri alla Tricia. Highly recommended.
